Refund policy - Fee payment will be refunded in full if the course is oversubscribed or canceled. Registrations canceled on or before August 15, 2008 will be refunded less a $100 handling charge. Half the fee will be refunded in the case of registrations canceled after that date. There will be no refund for "no shows". The organizers reserve the right to cancel the course in the event of insufficient registration.
